Chef Debi Hernandez, the culinary mastermind behind Crisp Creperie, is a classically trained French chef who has worked at renowned restaurants such as RN74 under celebrity Chef Michael Mina, the Boathouse, and the Lobster Shop – all from the Seattle area. With a passion for French food and crepes, pleasing people, and her entrepreneurial spirit… Chef Debi strives for perfection in her dishes and to create a culinary experience for every guest that walks through the door.

Although we no longer serve from our food truck we still will cater your baby shower, birthday, or corporate event from our beautiful new restaurant. We have served over 500,000 savory and sweet crepes over our 12 years in business for hundreds of Fortune 500 companies. Some of our past clients include Google, Facebook, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Version, and Starbucks Headquarters just to name a few. We have been featured on the Food Network “Eat Street”, NBC Thursday Night Football, King 5 Television and Washington Grown (PBS).
